Our olives are grown in the Mediterranean heartland of Turkey, where fertile soils, warm sun, and gentle sea breezes create the perfect conditions for trees to thrive. Every harvest begins with respect for the land and ends with oil that celebrates nature’s best.

We handpick our olives at peak ripeness and press them within hours, using cold extraction below 27°C. This gentle process locks in antioxidants, vibrant aromas, and the rich peppery finish that define Hosna olive oil.
After pressing, each batch is carefully stored in nitrogen-sealed stainless steel tanks, protecting freshness until the moment it reaches your table. From grove to bottle, every step is designed to preserve purity, flavor, and authenticity.
